Mine is at the end of the prolog, when we last see young Mike O'Donnell and Scarlet Porter, embracing in silhouette in the hall, as the camera slowly pulls back and the gorgeous music swells. Gave me damn chills the first couple times.

When Mike's friend realizes he is striking out with the hot principal and admits that he's really a nerd, and then she starts flirting in Elvish.
