Anyone else agree? Lake Placid was actually quite good, but 5 minutes into Lake Placid 2 and I could tell it was going to suck. Terrible acting, unrealistic gore, what more can i say?
shareDefinitely. I still watch Lake Placid from time to time, it actually had good acting and a decent storyline. I could almost tell from the cover of this DVD that it was going to suck. I just hope there isn't a third one.
shareUh, that's what we get for ALLOWING CANADA to make movies. Canadians always make SUCKY sequels to successful (or even unsuccessful AMERICAN movies). I love Canada and it's natural beauty, but their film industry only exists because American productions film there. Canadian movie productions are cheap ass, low rent, junior high school level wannabes to the bigger American Movies.
I know our American movies can suck, but jeez, we can feel like SUPERMEN when compared to Canadian crap.
Letsee (they re-made Hollow Man), they re-made Cruel Intentions, they remade 'the Skulls", they remade Poison Ivy (note I said they remake good AND bad U.S. Films)....
