no the Flash is not retarded
why did they make him this way he wasn't on the spectrum he knows what brunch is he talk to people he's super smart because he can think as fast as he can run faster than any human alive

I don't think he was meant to be on the spectrum, I think he was meant to be the likeable comic relief guy.

It's just that nobody involved in the making of this film had a sense of humor.

but he was if they were going to make Flash funny make him like some sort of hybrid and take some Impulse and Wally West Traits how bout instead of some stupid snack hole joke how bout when he runs really fast he can see people watching them or some sort of 4th wall break because of him using the Speed force

The only thing they had to do to make Flash funny was to give him funny lines. And maybe have him played by an actor with comic timing.

Well, he certainly runs like he's on the spectrum.
I mean, did you see those stupid flailing arms?
Superman doesn't run or fly like that, so why make Flash the goofball?

yup may they should of just hired an Olympic runner since they didn't really care about the acting

yeah, this Flash was almost as bad as the Avengers' Spiderkid.
