If they want to go for a legit Arab background then yes I concur! However if they go with the European aristocrat like Liam Neeson (or Jason Isaacs in Under the Red Hood) then I vote for Ralph Fiennes.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

There was a rumour they were going for the European Aristocrat style Ras with Christopher Plummer rumoured for the part.
