You Should Have Let Me Talk to Them!
Favorite scene in the game, so much emotion (for a game lol), I hope its in the movie.
shareFavorite scene in the game, so much emotion (for a game lol), I hope its in the movie.
shareHaven't played the game yet but shouldn't the sentence be :
"You Should HAVE Let Me Talk To Them !!" ...
Again I haven't played the game yet so i don't know what was the rythmn along with the shovel beating ...
Sorry my bad. I guess watching the scene of the 7 killing Kane's wife was so awesome I forgot about the grammar, can't forget about the grammar.
shareNo problem ...
But back on topic ...
Do you think the film is going to be an exact copy of the game ?
or they will just keep a few important moment ( like this scene , the bank massacre , the night club ) and add some new stuff to it ? ...
Or make a totally different storyline with the characters Kane & Lynch ...
Because if it is remake the whole game with live actors ... i don't see the point really ...
I hope it'll be an exact copy of the game, the storyline is perfect.
I've completed the game twice and i thought to myself this should so be a film.
But thats the thing ...
The Game IS a Film ...
There ain't no other game in the market that has a storyline & storytelling that matches the one of a movie ...
Even Grand Theft Auto can't match it ...
So I don't really ... If it is to take the same line of dialogues , the same camera shots , the same character performance , I don't know why should they be remaking this into a movie , the game itself was good enough ...
Not that I wouldn't mind to see Kane & Lynch on the big screen and to be known by a wider audience ... but i hope people will remember that it came from a Game first ...
Right after that cut scene I kept dying and had to listen to him say that over and over. I got stuck in my head. Very good acting I must say.
Maybe some smoother transitions between scenes/levels, because from Tokyo to Havana was a little surprising, even for a video game.
shareGrand Theft Auto would make an awful movie because all of them are already ripped off of movies.
I hope that Lynch does more psycho crazy stuff in the movie because I felt like we didn't get enough of that in the game. Only a couple of things; the victim's being killed at the bank, not remembering if he killed his wife, can't remember anything else right now.
And it was:
you SHOULD, have LET, me TALK TO THEM (caps equals shovel slams and pause after.)
Don't forget there was the first hit with the full line , and a extra one after the triple hit ...A total of five shovel hit PLUS the dump truck rolled over the body , Twice ...Poor Mute ...
shareWOW you were really paying close attention to that scene. I don't remember all that.
EDIT: How many times have you beaten it/ seen that part may I ask?
It doesn't matter how many times have i played the game ...I'm actually , like some people already mentionned , perhaps the game's biggest fan ... Plus i tend to remember small (and sometime useless) details , whether it is from film or video games ...As for this scene , well , i just thought it was pretty unique to see a single body suffering so much ... damage shall we say ...I mean the shovel bashes were already a lot but having the Dump truck rolling exactly at Mute's body , twice , it was pretty noteworthy ...
shareStill playing it? Still won't tell us how many play throughs? Dig the sequel?
share>>Grand Theft Auto would make an awful movie because all of them are already ripped off of movies. <<
And this game is an even bigger "rip off" of Michael Mann's films. What's your point?
Thanks for telling me. I didn't realize that and I'm not sure I've seen any of Michael Mann's films. I'll look him up soon.

I thought it had a very "Usual Suspects" feel to it
