Which 2 kids died??
We know Harold died, but which other kid? (Avery says something about 2 boys have died). We know it was either Robert Englund's son or Sizemore's son.
sharePete... I think. The one that wasn't their brother. He picks up the two boys' dad and tells him something like "look what happened (because of you)" and then he said something like "and one of you killed Harold" which leads me to assume that Pete died.

Well, if Pete died, the story becomes IMHO a bit inconsistent.
Avery, the veteran, proves that he is a great fighter and shooter. Acutally, he shoots the flashlight of Mr. McCormack, which is a great shot.
Pete ist standing behind Mr. McCormack and his lousy son, so neither of them could have shot him, only Avery.
Indeed, the shoot-out is a bit confusing.

From what I saw, it looked like Tom Sizemore shot the other kid accidentally when falling down after being shot. I might be wrong about that though.
