It's not really a matter of 'stooping low' at this point. Paris Hilton is going to jail because she couldn't comply with a simple point of law. She's either incredibly stupid or incredibly arrogant - likely both. All she had to do was not drive. I mean, my god, the girls loaded and probably has 30 drivers available day-and-night at her beck and call and she STILL couldn't manage to follow the judge's instructions. She deserves her fair share of ribbing. And it's not like she's embarassed by her various sexploits, she makes plenty of money off them.
