Hulu Director's Cut 1 hour 59 min. What is this?

I can't find any part 1 or 2 on Hulu, just this version. Is this the whole story, just condensed or is there more?
It starts with him crashing on the planet and ending with him fighting the other Earth guy on top of the building in the city after blowing up the center. Is there more?

The international version is condensed of the two original movies, yes. Sadly english subtitles don't exist for those.
