What happened to Sam on the plane?

Maybe I missed an episode but we never found out what happened after they forgot the bag with Sam and it arrived at a different airport? The episode was Itoe Fat Cakes. But in the episode after that Sam was back in Seattle

So they just ended the episode/season with a kind of cliffhanger and never finished it???

Yes, but it is still weird that they didn't end that storyline. they could've just left it out.

Sam got back the same way that Cat got back from the mental hospital in one episode of Victorious.

In a way that no-one cared enough about the plot to write into the show.
