Background music revisited

Years ago, I started a thread on iCarly's background music inspiring me to find tunes by the various bands used on the show. IMDb deleted this thread, so there's no hope of finding it, sorry. My first album from iTunes was AM's "Troubled Times" which we all know is the source of "Running Away" from "iKiss." There was also Jennifer McNutt's "The Other Side of Me," which had "Stop Thinking About in "iDate a Bad Boy," and "I've Been Waiting" in "iTwins," as well as Chrissy Chase's "Brand New Girl" which had the heartwarming song "Meant for Me," played in the background when Carly and Freddie had their first dance in "iSpeed Date." My latest collection is Teaneck's "Master of Achievement," which had the song "Kiss and Tell," played in "iOwe You," when Sam freaked out over that huge tip, and was the real singer of "Cry Like a Lion" (actually "Crybaby") in "iRocked the Vote."

How many of you are familiar with any of these bands? I already know some of you are fans of them, but who else knows about this?
