Nope it was Ms. Briggs... If she hadn't told them to F off with their picks the show probably wouldn't have started. All of those you listed contributed but the show was a middle finger to Ms. Briggs for telling them what to do. Sam put it perfectly "they say no, no, no, but we say yes, yes, yes"

Haha yeah, I always had a favoring towards Freddie and felt that he got more crap than he deserved.
I do enjoy how the pilot gave each of the main characters a hand in starting the webshow, though.
