as to why Freddie was always randomly outbursting in Spanish. In iGoodbye he started explaining it but got interrupted. So that question still remains unanswered.

Has Dan Schneider ever answered it himself?

There are always questions that are never answered. My theory is he had a word of the day calendar that was in Spanish

I think Dan Schneider said that Nathan Cress was learning Spanish and practicing it on set, so it is kind of an inside joke including it in the show itself.

Wow, pretty anti-climatic considering how much Schneider made it out to be like some big huge amazing secret.....
