Why are there no clean single shots of the dealer?

PAD producers, can you explain why? I realize that the dealers are not the stars of the game and that they rotate out, but why not show their faces?

Is it because they're ugly?

They're supposed to be invisible, and the cameras are all set up behind the dealer so they can cover what's going on at the table. No reason to set up a separate camera and cameraman just to film the dealer.

Just like a boxing match or wrestling match. You're not supposed to notice the referee
