Right I know some of you out there get a hard on for typing out REALLLLLLLLLLLY long threads n stuff.. SO Im asking for a favour??

I love to read sick and twisted s**t I feel it lingers in my senses for abit longer. I then finish it off (after a few weeks of sleepness nights) by actually watching the film itself and seeing if my imagination was way off.. You could say I am a true horror fan!

So would anyone out there mind listing from AU to AUP all the events (Killings and Torture) I dont care about Fred having a s**T. So for e.g

First Kill : Hitchhiker - nipples cut off, forced to eat toe, dies of whatever or killed by Fred (Btw is the killer called Fred throughout these movies? Coz I am sure when Mordum Used to have the titles of what the actors played. He was killjoy??) and so on. Try and seperate where they change films.

I would really find it useful!

If you wanna jack off too an unoriginal, boring fake snuff film starring the 2 most annoying people you'll ever see in your life then watch this movie.

If you like actual horror movies try watching one where something actually happens.

Who exactly is doing all this jerking off? I've never met anyone who jerked off to pseudo-snuff, have you? Jesus what's wrong with you. And I find Fred and Crusty highly entertaining, personally.

Maybe stick to what you like and leave the more obscure stuff to us eh ;)

And why do you think you're so cool for liking a movie a crappy movie? I'm not suprised you also like gummo. I use to be like you and think it was cool to like weird pieces of *beep* everyone hates, then I grew up. I'm pretty sure you're 25 aren't you? why didn't you grow up and pass the "mainstream sucks, I'm so cool because no one has ever heard of this crappy movie" phase yet?

And you know I like a lot of cult films, that doesn't mean I have to like a boring movie just because it has the most amazing special effects I've ever seen (which it actually does, I was impressed by the effects, unfortunately it was just too damn boring.

In all honesty this movie wasn't much better that a Uwe Lommel "film".

Even Video Violence by Camp productions was more entertaining than this movie.

Anyways this idea has been done to death, maybe the movie would have been better if they didn't use the stupid home video gimmick(which has also been done to death).

There's really nothing here but an hour and a half of an annoying fat man and crackwhore sucking on dead girls tits and cutting them up while screaming random crap.

Anyways, I'm guessing you're probably a big fan of Eraserhead since everyone hates that crap movie too.

Huh? No one here thinks they are "cool" for watching anything. They watch it because they are genuinely entertained and\or curious about it. Murder is an interesting subject.

I am a fan of a wide range of genres outside of horror. You think I watch certain films to be pretentious? You're sadly mistaken.

There is plenty of steam left in the pseudo-snuff genre, it's hardly "done to death" at all. And so what if it had been "done to death" anyway? Many other genres are far far more contrived, unoriginal and "tired", and it's always good to see someone come along and perfect the art.

It will never cease to amuse me how your definition of "crap" or "good" is universal for everyone. Loving the center-of-the-universe-complex. Furthermore assuming that if I like <movie A> - which you dislike, logically I must also like the completely different and in no-way related <movie B>. I have never seen Eraserhead.

Only one comment you made really made me think "yeah, you don't know anything". The rest was just your opinion "it's dumb, it's boring, etc, etc, fat dude" then something stuck out. You said they are "screaming random crap".

Screaming random crap? Did you even listen to the movie? Or did you have it on mute the entire time? If you had actually paid attention, you would know they do not merely scream "random crap" and that the dialogue is very realistic to the way people talked (laid off the flurry of f-bombs present in Mordum). The script is brilliant, and when pieced with the other two August Underground films, it paints a very disturbing picture. But you clearly didn't understand that, or you wouldn't be blathering like this, claiming your opinion is fact.

Just because YOU don't find it entertaining, doesn't mean we can't enjoy it.

Do you know what subjective means? You seem to love making assumptions and generalizations about people you know nothing about which just shows that you cant handle people disagreeing with you.

You better get used to it though, because these movies will always have a following no matter how much you whinge and complain about them.

Wow the scene listings thread became a debate thread. I guess there aren't any scenes to list anyways. Haven't seen this one yet but already seen Mordum and all I can say is, yeah what a big crap of a movie.

Like the other poster said, the creators of this series has good special effects but the concept is just too boring. Hell even the Guinea Pig Series (boring too but has different concepts in each movie. Even has a good laugh or two.) is way better than this.

I think it wouldn't suck that bad if they only did one and not a trilogy. One is enough.

Hell even the Guinea Pig Series (boring too but has different concepts in each movie. Even has a good laugh or two.) is way better than this.

I wouldn't say they were "better", I would say you personally like them more. As you say I thought the Guinea Pig flicks were pretty tongue-in-cheek compared to the AU's, so couldn't really be taken as seriously, that said I still got some decent sick laughs in (especially Mordum). The acting of the victims in the AU's is far superior as well. Flower of Flesh and Blood probably still takes the gore crown though, although less perverse.

the concept is just too boring

Well the concept is realism and shock, both of which the AU series delivers on and achieves to an extent. To label them as boring is to completely miss the point of the pseudo-snuff genre. But then again I don't want to be one of those people on the internet telling other people they don't like things simply because they don't understand them.

Each to their own.

These films clearly appeal to a minority, which I think is great and definitely for the best.

Radharne, you're saying you haven't seen the first movie? Congrats, you're an idiot. Why would you watch the second and expect it to hold the same impact as it would if you had watched the series in order? It's a trilogy, it's meant to be viewed 1, 2, 3. Not 2, OMFG, THIS SERIES IS STUPID!

hahaha, what do you think this is, dekalog? having seen mordum first, then all three in order, i can honestly say that the impact is exactly the same, all three are boring, they just escalate in depravity, call that progression if you will.
