Out of curiosity, what was going on with Heather's eyes and how they darted back and forth constantly? Is it a condition?

It’s the same thing that actor Pruitt Taylor Vince has.
Someone in another thread worked with her at a summer camp and said she is legally blind. But I had the impression she had other issues as well--she seemed very very young and socially atypical for her age.
