I haven't seen it yet. And I don't know anything about it.
I'm not really a anime fan, tho I love Akira and ghost in the shell, plus steamboy.
I really like sci-fi and my all time favorite movie is blade runner.

Big time. So much so that I initially downloaded the HD version online, then went out and bought the actual Blu-ray. Your eyes will be most pleased. :)
The story is great, not overly complicated like most of Oshii's stuff, and the action is top notch, especially a massively epic chase sequence in the third act. As much as I liked Appleseed (2004) Vexille is even better, and I'm pretty picky about my anime AND my sci fi.
Worth the plunge 100%. :)
Absolutely not. It's a horrible movie from almost every perspective. Only fanboys who live in their own little worlds would find this tripe entertaining.
