Not that bad actually

I caught this in 2007 at a film festival and has seen it 3 times since.
I think it is standard Japanese CG futuristic action flick.
Nice looking heroine, crazy action sequences, megalomaniacal villain and sprinkle some philosophical talk here and there and you get the movie.

It's cool looking and at least attempts to fill itself with substance and it pretty much delivers I guess.
