Yeah, that's it, play the "I'm a film expert" lie. Anyone who's ever seen a movie of his knows the caliber of director we're dealing with. You, sir, clearly do not know a damn thing about film. I also notice how you refrain from making any points whatsoever to back your claims.
share I already stated about this film, in like 4 places, not gonna post more for you, or anyone. Give me a break, but if you think he is bad then you have not seen many films at all. Think House Of The Dead is bad? Try seeing Zombie Nation...seriously.

Sorry, sport, but you can't start something like this and then just get on your high horse saying you won't defend your position because you've done it in "other" threads. The man can't pick a script, can't be bothered with historical accuracies, can't be bothered with finding a decent cast, and in general makes poor choices all over the place in his films. House of the Dead, Postal, Alone in the Dark, the bloodrayne movies, etc etc etc. All terrible. I havent seen zombie nation, but one movie is not enough to redeem a man for his crappy work so far. I honestly cannot believe I have to argue the case of him being a horrible director with you.

The Boll bashers are primarily dudes over their 30's who spend way too much time playing video games. They've never forgiven Boll for making a bad movie version of a couple of games, so they give him a 1 rating on every other movie he makes. It sopped being funny about 4 years ago. These nerds are serious though. "You've ruined our game forever!" They're like trekky nerds.

share sorry but your posts are making me laugh. Let me tell you a few things and I am done. What qualifies him as a bad director? First off this only went to one theater, this is a DTV film in every way. If you know DTV, (which you clearly don't) there is either really great films or really bad ones. Rarely do you see one that is this well made and one that looks like it has a budget that is theater worthy. Now you are gonna say well it sucks that is why that it's not in theaters, which would again prove your ignorance. DTV is not a bad thing at all, most horror films now get a DTV release, not because there bad, oh no. But the sellers don't feel there mainstream. Complete truth. It is what sells, and let's face things like Twilight sell.
Moving on to Uwe Boll as a director the films WORKS. You tell me what exactly is wrong with the directing in this film. Uwe Boll creates claustrophobia in this quite well. There are some brilliant angles to speak of as well. Boll had a vision and pulled it off quite well. The film has gone over quite well, but there are still these people who cannot get over themselves, they see Uwe Boll's name and they think it will be bad. If so you are a sad and pathetic person.
Next the film is pretty dark, it is violent and handles the situation very well.
Blah Blah you may say the facts are not straight, well get off your high horse, at the end of the day it is still a film. An escape.

sure boll made very bad movies AITD, BL, HOTD... all terrible (and well woth a 1-2 rating) but discussed and recognized nontheless. there are so many bad movies out there with no recognition at all... once again.. great job dr. boll.

tunnel rats is definitly not one of his terrible movies... it is pretty good.
postal and stoic were good too.
when the time comes and the bollbashbandwagon goes into reverse (and i am sure it will eventually) i will be there watching you trying to hop off.
