why so low the rating?

No comment is required to vote on a movie on imdb. And remember, 90% of people vote 1 if they dislike a movie, rgardless of whether it is a 1 or a 5. As a result, you get a more rotten tomatoes type scoring system. 10's for people who like a film and 1's for those who did not. Positive and negative.
