The fanfare music appears to have been written by a musician, the song lyrics by the key actor related to each song. These do not try to be glamorous professional songs.
Times relate to my 23.976fps blu-ray disk. 25fps DVD times are likely to be 4% shorter as any difference is often due to replay rates.
