someone told me they cancelled the show after the first season is this true???

I believe the final ep was completed earlier this year.

It finished after 11 months. That's really a short time for a Pedro Damian novela but it's because Aaron Diaz wanted to leave the show and I don't think they found a good enough replacement for him. So they just ended it.

Yeah, it is really short compare to Pedro Damian other novelas. Clase 406 and Rebelde last a whole a lot longer then Lola. I wish it would have continue. Does anyone know if Pedro Damian working on a new novela?

Oh I had no idea Aaron wanted to leave. Wow, I knew Clase 406 and Rebelde had like 3 seasons but, most novelas last 6 months to a year anyway. At least that has been my experience. Too bad I think it probably had at least one more season in it.

From what I heard they didnt know if Aaron was going to continue on for the second season or not also Eiza, the main protagonist was studying acting in NY with her mom and wasn't going to be able to start the second season right away so they might be waiting for her

it wasnt cancelled but it was moved to another channel because it did not have enough people watching it, thats the reason why it was moved from televisa normal novela channel..it should have lasted longer because on the original novela floricienta the alexander died, and lola had twins and fell in love with the conde!

looool I remember I wanted to cry when it was removed from Televisa to canal 5 in Sky ! I was begging my mom for weeks to get Sky just to be able to watch that show !! But my mom kept telling no mija, en los estados unidos no hay Esky.... looool i still dont know if thats true.... ANYWAYS

Thank god for youtube !!! Me and my mom would watch it every day there... :P hahaha

I think ill go ahead and watch it again... xD
