I saw this at SXSW 2008 in Austin. It sounded like an interesting
premise, but in the end it just seemed like a waste of a lot of good
talent. I thought it was way too talky and pretty pretentious. I wasn't
at all moved by it--Mostly, I was just bored.

Anyone who has seen 'Hedwig and the Angry Inch' will recognize Emily Hubley's
animation when they see 'The Toe Tactic.'

I completely agree.. an interesting premise but badly written and under developed. She still shows a lot of promise and had an amazing cast
