With a rating of 4.0, I was wondering if it's worth adding this movie to my foreign movie DVD collection? I have not seen it yet.

I have heard great things about this movie, too, but I cannot seem to find anywhere to buy it. Can anyone help?!?!

I wouldn't call it bad. It was an average, fun, easy going, weird little movie. It's not a radical movie but it has it's moments. I don't remember all of it, but I remember I had a good feeling after I watched it.
