If Bun didn't die at the end, they could have made a cool sequel.

Maybe they get a new police chief and he has a nasty personality that no one else can see. Then the new police chief faces off against Bun.

what they can still do is make either a prequel to this, all of it happening when bun is still a detective, before he decided to cut his ear off etc. :P

Yes, I agree. I think a prequel would have a better chance of success than a sequel.🐭
