Disastrous Casting

The biggest problem of this show is that they've cast such creepy and tedious actors in most of the male roles. Chief culprit is the smarmy scumbag who Siobhan slept with- he's obviously supposed to be cheeky and mischievious, but the actor plays him more lke a rapist/stalker. Patrick Baladi is also cripplingly limited in his acting range, devoid of any spontaneity; and as for that weasel who gets off with Sarah Parish, I can't even begin to wonder why he was cast in the role. That character could have been quite interesting, but he simply comes across as a wet, obnoxious and manipulative little snob. Hateful.

What you have said is a fact and that's the reason that we're asking: Why did they get rid of Anthony Calf? He was the only ACTOR who knew what he was doing

I think he’s very inconsistent. I'm not liking his work on Mistresses. His character is not believable, and that's a pretty fatal flaw when roleplaying.

The major problem I have with the casting is with the actress who plays Jessica. That character is supposed to have gone to school with the other three but looks almost a decade younger. I don't get the impression that the character was a child genius that went to university at 10 years of age either.

Didn't really care for Hari. He was one-note, literally. His voice rarely changed tone, pitch, pacing, or volume. Made me want to commit Hari-kari.

Some movies are released; others sneak out.
