did anyone...?

think it was the homeless man before there was the envidence...

I was convince it was the son so that just shows that you should never rule anyone out.

I knew it was him because I'd heard of the actual case. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have guessed.

What was the homeless man's motive?

He was a schizophrenic. He probably roamed around the neighborhood trying to get into other people's homes and got lucky with this family somehow. But I want to know exactly HOW he got in the house. They never explained that...the front door was bolted shut. They never mentioned anything about a back door being left open or a window. There was no forced entry at all...so I'm stumped.

reply

There was an unlocked door leading to... the master bedroom, I believe. Though it's unlikely that he went through there; wouldn't he have had to get past the parents?

reply

I thought on the show at the end, when the detective is telling the teams what actually happened that he said they never proved how the homeless man enter the home. Or maybe I heard that part wrong.

When it comes to bad writing, bad acting, no one does it like the Sci Fi channel.

reply

Yes, they did say that they could never figure out or prove how the homeless man entered. I'm also interested to hear how he got into the home. That's kind of weird. I wondered if a family member let him in...although the show didn't act like that was the case.

reply

In the real case, a door was left unlocked. Whether or not he entered using that door is unknown.

reply

The son said he heard what sounded like someone knocking and then he ignored it and went back to bed. Perhaps it WAS that guy knocking and maybe the girl answered the door and let him in. Sounds odd but that would explain the knocking the son heard, and how he got in without B&E.

reply

But they also said that the girl was killed while she slept. If she let him in, then she couldn't have been sleeping...so that doesn't make sense either.

You're right, my "duh". :)

LOL // the 2 members of the red team really pissed me off.

1st of all when they first entered the C.S. they were already making theories right of the bat. i mean you dont do that. The big guy on their team (sry dont know name) tried to tell wat to do but they wouldnt listen so they barely got any evidence.

2nd of all if the detective gives you the opportunity to see the suspects that might be involved, you look at all the suspects. you just dont assume that one person (the homeless guy) didnt do it just because he was irrelevant. you didnt even hear the guy speak!!

Last but not least when the big guy tells his team that they should put the homeless guy into play, the woman wouldnt listen. i just dont understand wat their problems were.

i knew that the blue team were going solve the case because for the most part they were on the same page. They may not agree on a few things, but they still were focused and got the job done.
