Real or fake bodies? I can't believe they are real but

If they are fake why do some of the people on the team get so upset? They could use real bodies from people that have donated their bodies to research. But I doubt that a place that supplies bodies to research would let a TV show use them. So that have to be fake. But that still does not answer the question as to why the girl almost fainted and had to be held up, and I think I heard one of them say that they didn't expect real bodies. Maybe the makeup was so well done that they looked real enough to get them sick. It will be very hard to convince me they aren't fake but I would like to hear what other people think.

Well, first off, they are fake. But they are convincing representations of real-life victims, so its bound to be emotional. That said, yeah...I don't see why some people get *so* upset. I wonder if maybe they do use real blood? Not human blood, but maybe pigs blood? That smell would definitely add to the uneasiness of the situation...

The bodies are fake, but AMAZINGLY realistic. The detail they put into the bodies is amazing; blood clots, brain matter, pieces of skull, it was crazy. The male vic in my show was haunting, meaning he kept showing up in my dreams. Every strand of hair was hand sewn into the "skin" He had yellowed smoker's teeth and looked like he died screaming.

It was real enough that at first I was hesitent to touch the bodies. But they didn't feel human, there was no give to their "skin" and no bend to the limbs. I was looking for defense wounds on the woman, I tried to move her arm, but it wouldn't go any where.

It does smell in the crime scenes!! HORRIBLE!! It's about 110 degrees with all the people and lighting, so it smells terrible and it's super hot.

Also, I never expected bodies like what we got. I thought we would just be investigating the scene without bodies or there would be "crash dummies" positioned in the places where the bodies were found. It was quite shocking to walk in the first time and see what I saw.

SO nerves about every move you make being taped, on top of intense heat, on top of horrific scene and smell, for some people could be very overwhelming.

Or.. she knew that would get her some screen time... I'm just saying...
