Burning Flesh.. *Possible Spoilers*

Who do you think the killer was?

If it's the one I'm thinking of, Det. Le Noir's actual case, then the neighbor did it. She refused him and he beat her up raped and stabbed her then realized his dna was there so he got an accelerant, poured it on her and a lit it. Then when the police showed up he tried to act like the hero and said he heard her scream and saw her laying on the bed, but left b/c of too much smoke and that he knew she was dead or something like that. Which was complete BS, b/c they did a test and that showed that there is no way anyone could possibly have gone in there while the fire was going, way too hot. And in the interrogation when asked if he had lung damage he said no, then went on and said "if you need any help finding the person who stabbed and killed her let me know" by him saying that they knew he had to do it b/c if he had just gone in there after ward there is no way he would have seen that she was stabbed, it would have been too hot and he would have gotten burned, plus he claimed there was too much smoke and he had to stay low.
