Why does there appear to be a secret as to Sara Carring's age? She plays a seventeen year old in this movie but she appears much older.

I'd like to know why 99% of the time they get older actresses to play younger girls. Surely there are plenty of girls the same age that can play them.

She is 22 according to records from when she was arrested last month.

She looked about 30, clearly she was nowhere near 17. The film was rubbish through and through, completely amateurish.

The whole time I was watching this movie I was thinking to myself "She looks more like 30, not 17!"
I think she is lying about her age...no way is she 22...she has to be more like 30.

Well, it worked to her advantage on the Vampire Diaries as she was playing the character of a young aunt.

Wow, people are discussing this same age topic on her personal IMDB board. IDK, I didn't think she looked so much older in this movie but in other films she does look a lot older than her age is claimed to be. One poster said on her arrest record it shows the age she claims to be, you can't lie on a arrest record????

If you're an actor, you can get a lot of crap to happen for you in Hollywood when it comes to your privacy.

Despite not being HUGE, Sara actually is one of the biggest actors in the world with the most work; most actors aren't household names.
