Yes, with all the Treos used by the three prime conspirators, one would think sometime before 2007. I suspected Stephen was using an iPhone, or something structurally similar as opposed to a slide-to-talk e.g. Sidekick or a flip/clamshell phone.
If broadcasted in Feb 2008, means the production was done in 2007.
iPhone was not released until June 2007. Unlike movies and televisions, at the date of writing this comment, the iPhone has almost ubiquitous presence.
Treo was the smartest phone, that allowed the same, if not more, degree of freedom in how to use compared to the Blackberry, so as to have value for multipurpose use.
It was possible to stream video on Treo 2007 but in the US, the cost from service providers was prohibitive thus not very popular option.
Even in 2009, streaming video on Treo was less than smooth.
Playing back movies or video was smooth but they must have had a streamline workflow for converting video to the format that the Treo can read.
SD cards to the rescue. Easy transfer of large files and video content.
