Where's George? and, half hour episodes? wth?

I think his name is George... His other sous chef. David has been in the past few episodes, but George is no where to be seen. My boyfriend and I look forward to watching this show every week. But we're so bummed that this week seems to be changed. George is missing and the shows are only thirty minutes long. We just watched the golf tourny and they hardly talked about the food at all (half of the fun of the show!) Anybody know whats up?
