Uncle Gabby is Jimmy Witchard

David Herman is using the same voice for Uncle Gabby as he did for the character of Jimmy Witchard on King of the Hill. Jimmy was the *slow* guy who thinks everyone is trying to cheat off of him or steal from him. He was in the episode where Bobby gets a job at the racetrack and Jimmy was his boss, he was a "certified genius" when Peggy paid some internet crook to declare her a genius, he created "niche" art when Peggy was selling her pro-bots, and he thought Lucky was trying to copy off his paper during the GED exam. Those are the only times I remember seeing Jimmy Witchard but his voice is very memorable and it's definitely the same one. I guess when you're a voice-over actor for so many different characters it's inevitable that some of them will overlap... although I have to give Billy West credit for avoiding that pitfall so talentedly (is that a word?)
