I wonder if this dual-plot shows show us that they can't make one plot be interesting for 42 min.

Think of your favorite Sanctuaries Are they single stories or split?

I definitely prefer single-stories... not only in Sanctuary, either. Sanctuary favorite eps that come to mind, though, are Tempus, Requiem, Pavor, and Breach.

I'm just glad that they didn't stretch Wills story into one whole episode. I would have had to skip the entire episode rather than fast forward through half.

Are you suggesting then that the South Park writers can't do an interesting single story so they do an A and B(sometimes C) story?

Another one is that Will's half wasn't really a story at all.

Yes it was. It was just a story focused on the character. Back story for a character is still "a story".
