Goodbye Sanctuary I'll miss you.

I'm angry that they cancelled a fantastic show. Why would they do that? There was no reason to cancel Sanctuary. I'll miss Helen, Big Guy, Henry, Will and Kate. But I will most defianetly miss Tesla, he was my favourite.
I really wanted to know what happened to the people who were in the explostion. And how Helen set up the underground Sanctuary.

GOODBYE SWEET SHOW. GOODBYE TO ALL MY FAVOURITE CHARACTORS. AND THANK YOU AMANDA TAPPING, RYAN ROBBINS, JONATHON YOUNG, CHRISTOPHER HYDERDAHL, AND ROBIN DUNN.

Because it's SciFi channel and they don't give a crap about us actual SciFi fans. You could say the same about Eureka and the last Stargate spin off to be dumped by them.

We'll be lucky if there are any actual SciFi scripted shows on the SciFi channel in a couple years.

Sad but true. I believe their name change to ScyFy was to emphasize they had programming that wasn't science fiction. Pretty soon they'll have to change it again to CrapReality since there won't be any science fiction on it at all.

The one that really stings for me is Eureka because I think that show is so incredibly original. I really enjoyed Sanctuary, but I do think there are shows that are similar.

Imagine greater.

Soon enough we'll have to, won't we?

How many shows has Scy Fy(Hate the renaming) cancelled? I heard they cancelled many. Was Fringe on Scy Fy, that's cancelled too I think.

Love Stargate. Miss it. And Sanctuary.

Fringe is on the FOX network, not Syfy. It has not been canceled but given 1 more season, which will be the final season - next year - to give the show an opportunity to reach a proper conclusion without being cut off short like so many other shows.

reply

Well you are correct in stating Fringe has not been cancelled, you are also incorrect. It has been officially cancelled, but gets one more 13 episode season to conclude it. Basically, it's not immediately cancelled, but it IS officially cancelled. And I wouldn't call 13 episodes enough time to reach a proper conclusion either.

No. I was correct. You're getting into semantics. So, to follow along with that: I was saying was along the lines of "canceled" as in a show having a final episode but without a proper ending, and by "conclusion" a show having a final episode and with a proper ending. I'll give you an example: I am letting you know now, in advance, that I will definitely have a specific final message in regard to your misinterpretation of my previous message. And that final message just happens to be this one. So, I conclude it and, thus, I will not reply any more.

To me, this show has been over since early season 2. It carried on for a while, even had a few good episodes as it limped along, but it's time was long over.

reply

If you don't want to reply anymore, fine, but you are both correct and incorrect.

I did not misinterpret your post, only stated the truth. The show is officially cancelled after this next 13 episode season. So we know its already cancelled before the new season even begins.
