There's a new TV show similar to Fight Quest and Human Weapon. It seems loosely based on martial arts and cultrual games around the world...

"Dhani Tackles The Globe" on Travel channel it debuted on Monday the 16th at 9pm. The host is a former NFL linebacker that travels the world participating in different sports and martial arts around the world...seems interresting! The first episode; he tried Muay Thai in Thailand.
