1) Some of the girls at the school made their own vodka. When they are told that one person's DEATH and another's BLINDNESS was attributed to it, their reaction was akin to "So what?" It was kind of difficult to "cheer them on" or view them as "sympathetic underdogs and/or misfits" after that.
2) Russell Brand never seems to WASH HIS HAIR?
1) Yeah I thought that was abut much for a film aimed at young teenagers, but anyone younger wouldn't have understood. It is just a film.
2) Russell Brand can't wash his hair...where would the birds live? :p
Well you shouldn't take them that seriously. I'm sure we're supposed to suspend our disbelief about most of the plot; I know I had to! It's just supposed to be a bit of silliness.
