How'd you think she did?
Shes new to the acting scene so all in all I thought she did pretty good.
(Shes a top British supermodel if ya didn't know already, thats why she stands quite tall above her fellow co-stars)

I thought she was really good! Not sure I bought her as a geek though, LOL.
shareLily made the perfect geek! I mean that as a compliment. When I went in to see the film I thought she was overrated as a model and couldn't see why anyone would put her in a film, but she won me over. The girl did well.

She was really good. i was expecting her to be completely wooden but she did good with the little dialogue she was given.

The casting was atrocious theoretically but worked fantastically.
A supermodel as a spectacled geek? A former Bond-girl as the tattoed head girl? The usually sophisticated Kathryn Drysdale as a chav?
I thought everyone was fantastic, especially since I had to keep reminding myself that it was Gemma Arterton or Lily Cole that I was watching.

I'd say the fact you don't realize she's a supermodel indicates that she's one of your better model/actresses. Gisele Bundchen, for instance, would not have been remotely believable in this role.
I just took her for a high school age geek in this (albeit an attractive one). Gemma Arterton, Tallulah Riley, Tamsin Egerton, and even Juno Temple had the more glamorous roles. It wasn't until I saw "Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus" that I realized what a beauty she is.
who are you referring to? most of us here knew she was a model already
