User Rating Way too Low
this is a solid 7 for sure and it seems to be vastly underrated on here. this movie just made my skin crawl and if that was their mission it was accomplished haha

I agree! It's not a perfect movie by any means but it tried to be different, smart and even a bit subtle (while still being intensely gory) and I think it succeeded. It'd ones a good job of creating a grim sense of desperation and futility which is the source of horror.

I don't understand all the comments saying that "nothing happened" and similar -- I can only assume that most people voting on IMDb have a very limited range for what they think makes a good horror movie. Creeping chills and suspense seem to fall outside it.

Yeah, a definite 7/10 from me. I haven't read the book, which I've heard is better, but I thought it was a solid horror flick. Don't get the low rating either. Was pleasantly surprised.
