Any other films with the comic style and creepy plot maybe?

Well I love films like this so the plot was enough for me even though I'm not a fan of Paris Hilton. I've seen a lot of lionsgate films, their most famous specifically (saw, hostel, crank) but it's been a while since I saw one with an awesome style like this.

I especially LOVED the opening and the way it's done like a comic (reminds me of sin city, or kill bill i believe also had some comic styled scenes? unless im thinking of something else). So yeah I was wondering if there's other films like this, because I really loved the way they summarised it at the beginning.

I'm into dark plots, I'm fascinated by killers like Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper (but I've seen sweeney todd and from hell, johnny depp sure knows how to make a dark story cool ;) ) and this kind of plot is also really cool. I like gory stuff, but I'm not a fan of zombies or vampires. As odd as this may sound I don't find zombies or vampires realistic enough, even though the chance of an organ failure epidemic is...well none.

Try "Suck". It is not a direct parallel but who doesn't love rock and roll vampires, Iggy Pop and Alice Cooper?

If you like the repo story of this, you can always check out Repo Men.

Or The Rocky Horror Picture Show if you want another goth rock musical.

If you're looking for films based on dark comics, go for the first The Crow.
Hellboy
Hellboy 2
Kick Ass
The Spirit wasnt great but for some reason people like it.
The Surrogates
V For Vendetta
Watchmen

The comparisons to Rocky Horror are pretty easy, I'd actually suggest the sequel, Shock Treatment, instead. It's not so much a sequel, really, and as a matter of fact it might work better if you think of it as a totally unrelated work. Musically, very different from Repo, but the two share a similar joy in the absurd and a vision of the future as deeply flawed.

I also recommend the '70s animated feature Heavy Metal, which I will refrain from describing,as I will not do it justice.
