I still don't know where to find their music, but I now know that the song Red Fracture by MELL. I'll leave this thread open for others who seek this board for the same thing..
I think the title is in fact Red FACTION, and not Fracture. But I might be wrong. The band is indeed MELL. It's on the Black Lagoon soundtrack, anyways.
