I know this woman personally.

She is a very sweet woman who does in fact seem to have a special relationship with all animals. She is an animal lover and even went so far as to help an injured pigeon regain use of its wing and fly away afterwards. It is a shame that she lied about her experiences. And who knows what drove her to make up the story. Perhaps to deal with her childhood, who knows.
