looking for a Norwegian movie

Hi guys

Didn't know where else to post this. I'm trying to help a friend find a movie /probably from Norway/ that has the following plot elements:

cold weather, lots of snow, a man driving a train through the snowy land, then the man stops at a station and enters a building which is full of weird people, there's almost no dialogue

It's probably an "art film".


Any information on how to find this film would be greatly appreciated
