The whole cast had a interview except Paige Sullivan! How come?

I just watched Hobgoblins 2 and they had a interview with the original cast except Paige Sullivan. How come this happened? Did Rick Sloane lose contact with her or they had a fall out while filming the original Hobgoblins? I was just wondering about that.

Another theory to this is Paige Sullivan more than likely became married and just lost track of everyone. Who knows!
