Not sure if this type of post has been done yet for this film but I'm goint to put it in place. Contrary to several plot deficiencies, bad acting, pacing, rediculous gore, and semi lamo ending; I really liked it. I was giggling through the whole thing, shaking my head at the nonsensical scenes, and generally having a good time. So, bump if you enjoyed it.

shareYea! I saw no problem with it! It was total entertaining schlock! Better than any of the sh!tball remakes out there. Old school gore, comedy, no friggin cell phones...I loved it!

shareYeah, I didn't think it was as bad as a lot of others made it out to be lol. I wasn't expecting an Academy Award type movie, it was an amusing, gory, horror movie for horror fans who are looking for a fun movie.

Bump, enjoyed it more than most looking at the boards and the reviews. Frankly I actually preferred this one to the first, a very solid 8/10 for me.
shareI liked it for what it was, a B-flick sequel almost as good as the original (well, a slight exaggeration.) But Deputy Winston, and the kick ass opening theme by the Cave Singers made it one of my new favorites.
shareBUMP I really like it, i'm just watching it now for the second time. I watched it about 4 months ago and it's a total horror B movie homage with some nice twisted sick thrills. As far as straight to DVD sequels go it's two thumbs up from me.

Ya it was much better than I expected... but then I guess I wasn't really expecting all that much to begin with... it is what it is... a laughable, B-movie gross-out... but it's definitely a fun watch! The killer intro is what really did it for me... kinda reminded me of a Pink Floyd video... the rest of the soundtrack is pretty awesome too! All in all, I'd say I was pleasantly surprised by this movie... but given that, I still can't help but imagine how much better it could have been had Ti West been given total creative freedom.
