I've only watched a little more than half of this movie so far, and I don't know if I'm going to watch the rest of it or not. I would say my favorite character (if you could call it that, with the obvious lack of character development in this movie, lol) would have to be "the favorite girl" played by Elena Probatova. The girl with the pretty long blonde hair who sort of "bonded" with one of the male Japanese (I guess he could be Chinese?) workers. I watched up to the part after they cut her baby out of her, and then the Japanese guy goes and sulks all emo-like. It was definitely one of the parts of the movie where there was actually a little bit of storyline.

I just thought she was a very beautiful girl and I was disappointed not to find any other film works she's been in. :( Does anybody know anything about her? Probably not, but I wanted to ask. Anyone have any other thoughts on her?

According to the cast list... The Favorite Girl (aka the object of the guard's affection) is not the girl who has her baby torn from her... that would in fact be The Pregnant Girl. It would seem that it's two different actresses who resemble one another.

The Favorite Girl played by Elena Probatova and The Blond Girl With Toy Bear played by Tatyana Kopeykina are the most prominently featured of the "victims" and we get to know them (as much as possible in this type of film) throughout the movie.

yes, we do get to know them the most. i thought of them as characters, as well as i did the nurses, and doctors. when i started up part 2, it was like, watching a second episode of a tv show, and now back to, the kooky doctors. so there were the kooky doctors, my favorite, the skeleton cleaner, and then the victims, my favorite, the girl you mentioned. the favorite. I loved that they put that story into the movie. And the way it ended. I thought it was so romantically twisted, how the narrator said, the staff took things of value and importance and fled, or it showed him freeing and taking that girl. i thought that was great, but then...while shes enjoying her freedom. bam! but...is she dead? she could survive the gunshot right. she did survive a baby being ripped out of her, or at least it seemed that way, but apparently, its not i guess...i dont know. anyway, she could survive the gunshot maybe. so her crushee, the character i refered to as the escort with the mole, goes up to his love, and cradles her, giving us one last glimmer of hope for survival. then bam. point blank, right in the head. great shot in the movie. all the scenes with her were my favorite. really a great movie, and a wonderful actress.
