They should've just called this game 'BANJO-KAZOOIE RACING'

First it looked good, now after watching all the gamplay footage with no platforming elements that the creators said and just racing against Klungo and entire 3 minute videos of Banjo in a car just jumping up and down and up and down and ramming the car into walls (Which is not platforming) and stuff, you really think they should've just called it Banjo Racing. They keep telling us over and over and over it's a platformer still. If it is, SHOW US SOME DAMN FOOTAGE OF PLATFORMING IN THIS GAME!!!

Wow, this game really had the potential to be a very successful game. To bad they had to take the cliche racing game route to ruin a fun series. They spent all the money on good graphics and couldnt come up with a good story. Shame on you Rare.

it looks like an ugly amalgam of banjo, halo, and any cliche racing game, they just don't mix well. it's a shame rare is currently owned by microsoft, only nintendo knows how to handle something as unique as banjo kazooie.

I don't agree. The game looks simply fantastic, I can't even stress enough how amazing this game looks. Just wait to judge until the demo is released, then you can judge all you want. There will definitely be platforming elements in this game though, maybe you should seek out more videos cause some of the ones I've seen showed all sorts of cool elements. This is one of my most anticipated games EVER.

The water actually looks amazing. Probably the best water I've ever seen in a videogame. But really the graphics don't matter. This is a Banjo-Kazooie game. We BK fans don't mind having bad graphics.

And I don't remember them stressing that this is a platformer. I just remember them stressing that this is not a racing game. There will probably be some quests that require you to race someone but there will be lots of others where you will need to design a car that jumps really high or can do flips in the sky or can shoot missiles at certain targets.

Still doesn't make it a platformer game, but really more of a side story in the Banjo-Kazooie series. I mean remember Grunty's Revenge? Or Banjo Pilot?

And did anyone even ask themselves why they didn't call this game Banjo-Threeie!? It's because they're saving the title for when they create the ACTUAL PLATFORMING Banjo-Kazooie title that completes the trilogy.

But then again, if Grunty dies or is COMPLETELY defeated in Nuts and Bolts, and looks like she can never ever return, then I'm probably wrong. Then there probably won't be a Banjo-Threeie.

But that is unlikely. We're counting on you Grunty. Don't die! Cause if you do there might not be a Banjo-Threeie for us to kill you again!!
