anyone who is going to have somebody move into their house

Anyone who is going to have a complete stranger move into their house and watch their kids is going to do an extensive background check. Not take somebody's word for it at the dinner table. In reality, this girl would never be hired. You don't have a lot of references you just would not move into somebody's home and take care of their kids. And even a office job they probably know what school you went to when you were 5 before they hire you with today's technology to check. never mind when somebody is moving into your home and leaving your kids with them. Also in the real world she would never be able to pull off using a fake name without a lot of confirmation on personal references, and proof .....Especially moving into somebody's home. For all they know you can be a ax murderer. But movies are not the real world
