Usually nudity in mainstream cinema (even for B films) is a lot more artful, sensual, erotic etc etc, and maybe there's a celebrity who gets her kit off or a pretty actress you've never heard of instead of silicon bimbos that you just know have been with a thousand people and contracted just as many STDs. The nudity in this just felt like watching internet porn without the good stuff. Zero arousal factor. Fortunately the zombies make up for it.

I'm a healthy heterosexual man myself and I can't remember getting turned on either. So it's not just you.
I guess it depends on :
- how much you've been exposed to female nudity either in real life, photographs or video
- how much you can appreciate sillicone breasts
- how much you get turned off by rotting corpses (the dance acts became more and more disturbing IMO as the corpses rotted more)
- what type of woman you're into
