1st Terminator Salvation trailer similarities

Has anyone noticed the similarities between thie film and the Terminator Salvation trailer. Just over halfway through the film there is a scene outside and theres a fight outside a building with a robot standing just outside and its exactly like the T-600 watching over the human prisoners.

That scene in Terminator Salvation ripped off Transmorphers, which is a rip off of Transformers....

I wonder if the writers saw it. There are a couple similarities between scenes and dialog in the films.

Even character names....weird.

i tried posting sometihng saying the movies were similar on the terminator salvation board and the post keeps getting deleted. anyways, similar twist too.
