hey i wanna know if anyone got the last part of ending where lori killed her husband be the helicopter came? why did she do that cuz she wanted to kill herself too, or she wanted to live ??

I believe she killed him cause she realised that by doing that it was her only chance of survival. he wanted her to leave him cause he knew he was holding her back. Just a shame the rescue chopper didn't arrived sooner cuz then he could have survived too

Definite mercy killing as well as her realizing her only chance for survival was going it alone.
The irony is, her only hope was rescue as when the camera pans out, she was so far from any civilization that getting out would have been impossible.
Well, lets see. There were these huge hungry wolfs all around her and she knew she could not fend them all off her and him, and since they already got to him once, she did not want him to be eaten alive. Makes perfect sense to me. I admit she should have tried to resusitate him when she heard the helicopter, but then........it wouldnt have made the perfect ending. So does she tell what she did or just keep it to herself and go nuts the rest of her life?
